Baptisms:
Baptisms of the Wood and Tailor families, 1621-1637
Single baptism entry, 1628
Baptism entries (probably incomplete) for 1636/7-1642
Single baptism entry, 1646
Other baptisms 1647/8-1659, 1662-1663 and 1667-1670
Births:
Births in the parish of Pentrich 1653/4-1659 and 1662
Topham family births, 1694/5, 1696
Marriages:
Single entry, 1645
Marriages for 1654-1663
Marriages for 1667-1670
Burials:
Burials from 1638 to 1652/3 (six entries only)
Burials from 1653/4 to 1663
Burials from 1666 to 1670
At the beginning of the register are:
1) subscription to the Protestation nd [1641]
2) list of briefs contributed to with sums, 1663/4-1667/8, with one entry dated 1644 [? in error].
Contains certificate that John ?Otes took his oath to keep the register under Act of Parliament [1653].
