Description
The circuit was made up of High Street (Woodville), West Street (Swadlincote), Ticknall, Hartshorne, Blackfordby, Smisby, Station Street (Castle Gresley), Coton in the Elms, Netherseal, York Road (Church Gresley), Main Street (Linton) and Acresford. The first seven chapels were formerly part of the Ashby-de-la-Zouch circuit. The circuit amalgamated with Church Gresley in 1955 to form the South Derbyshire Circuit.
