Conveyance by lease and release from Samuel Pegge of Westminster, esq and his wife Goodith, Christopher Pegge of Westminster, gent, and Charlotte Anne Pegge of Westminster, spinster to Anthony Lax Maynard of Chesterfield, esq, of Bradford Hall, Wakefield and other premises and land at Handsworth, Pocklington and Stanley in Yorkshire, and a messuage and several closes of land at Ashbourne Green in Offcote and Underwood, with a covenant to surrender copyhold land of the manor of Wakefield, in consideration of £400, with 2 leases for one year involving separate properties.
