Description	In the front it includes: an account of the history of the Baptist "Interest" in Derby; a list of the persons first formed into a church in 1791; lists of additional members to 1797 and other changes in membership to 1799. This is followed by minutes 1792-1810 and a note that the leaves cut out at this point contained minutes after "the separation". / At the back is a list of members 1791-1809; list of names [undated]; history of the General Baptist Church at Derby after May 1810, with referance to the dispute leading to separation of Derby members from Duffield and area members in 1810. This is followed by minutes 1810-1819 and names of members of Derby, Alvaston, Weston, Darley and Littleover Divisions and distant members 1810-1817.
