Gift by Thomas de Hall of Osmondeston [Osmaston] and Joan, daughter of Robert de Hall and Emma and Alice her daughters, to Robert Fraunceys of Allestree of 2 parts of a messuage in Derby, viz in the parish of St Peter's, next to the house of the Prior of Repton, which said 2 parts, together with the third part are held with them together with Peter, son of John de Hall and Walter and Hugh his brothers, formerly shared by the said Thomas, Robert de Hall and John de Hall Witnesses; John de Shardlow and Simon de Horsley, bailiffs of Derby ,Roger de Sneinton of Little Chester, Adam de Shardlow, John Hatchett junior etc
