Gift by John Tuchet, clerk, to John Ireton, John Lowe, clerk, John Shyrley and Robert Shyrley of a plot of land with the building thereon, in the parish to All Saints, Derby, by the water called Odbrok on the south and the land of John Berd on the north, and a plot in the parish ot St Peter's, next to the church thereof, between the land of the prioress of the nuns of Derby on both sides.
