| Title | Francis Evans at Nottingham [Nottinghamshire] to Philip Gell - after Gell left the meeting at Kendall's on Monday, the remaining gentlemen were of the opinion that Jessop's report and the advertisement for subscriptions should not be put into the papers until next weekend - in the meantime the landowners who were not at the meeting should be written to - it was resolved not to admit further subscriptions until 26th. |
