Conveyance by Thomas Broughton Charlton of Chilwell Hall, esquire, to Eliza James Toplis of Toddington, Bristol, widow, in consideration of £6 6s 0d, of four beds of coal Combe Coal, Heanor Hard Coal, Dunsil Coal and Waterloo Coal lying under a close in Heanor (plan inset), with an endorsement that the coal has in fact been conveyed to John Ray for £6 6s 0d on 23 April 1859
