Copy conveyance by John Curzon, esquire, Augustus Charles Drawwater of St Albans, esquire, Eliza James Toplis of Heanor, widow, Henry White of Attercliffe, commercial traveller and Rosina Sarah his wife, Francis Stanley Toplis of Attercliffe, agent to the Midland Railway, Joseph Daniel Balsdon of Neath, Glamorgan, clerk to the South Wales Railway Co and Belinda his wife and Robert John Toplis of Yonkers, New York, pharmaceutical chemist, to the Local Board of Health for the district of Heanor, in consideration of £20 10s 0d, of all that piece or parcel of land or ground containing 1707 square yards in Heanor at a place called Tag Hill (part of the four close 13 acres 2 roods devised by the will of Robert Toplis to the use of Charles Toplis) 29 April
