Lease for possession and deed to make a tenant to the precipe between William Wheatley of Watnall, Nottingham, yeoman (brother and devisee of Francis Wheatley of West Bridgford, farmer, dec'd), William Wheatley the younger of Wragby, Lincolnshire, merchant and draper (nephew and also devisee of Francis Wheatley), John Forster of the Inner Temple, gent., Joshua Morris of the City of London, grocer, Thomas Wetherell of Gainsborough, mercer, Joseph Wetherell of the same place, Edward Gray of Louth, coal merchant, and Abraham Sheath the younger of Boston, merchant, by which William Wheatley of Watnall has released to Forster property in Heanor as in D255 M/T 45-46, to the intent that Forster may become a perfect tenant of the freehold and a common recovery be had and suffered 10 &
