Title
Lease for possession and deed to lead to the uses of a recovery between Jonathan Blunt of Nottingham, butcher, Henry Wilmot of Greys Inn Middlesex, esquire, and William Bilby of Nottingham, gent., by which Blunt has released to Wilmot a messuage or tenement at Spondon, the Foxcroft and Barncroft 3 acres, Parkadale Close and Asterdale Close 6 acres (all in Spondon);
a messuage, cottage or tenement in Heanor, two Gorsey Closes 11 acres, a messuage, cottage or tenement near the north end of the Holes Close 2½
acres, another messuage or cottage in Heanor and the Well Croft 4 acres: to the use of Wilmot to the intent that he may become a perfect tenant to the freehold so that he may suffer a common recovery 19&20 April
