Title
Lease, release and covenant for production of title deeds by Anthony Spendlove of Heanor, farmer, to John Ray of Lenton Abbey esquire, and Bryan Thomas Balguy of Derby gent, in consideration of £1000, of an undivided fourth part in a messuage, dwellinghouse or tenement and butcher's shop in Heanor in the occupation of George Whysall, all that other messuage or tenement in the occupation of Samuel Pynigar, another messuge or dwellinghouse in the occupation of George Gillott, a woodshop in the occupation of Thomas Woodhead and closes called the Pasture Close, Two Acres Field and Malthouse croft (formerly the Barn Croft), 9 acres, in the occupation of George Whysall;
the Little Field, Near Field and Far Field (formerly Little Field Meadow) 10 acres 1 rood 32 perches, with all mines, minerals, tithes etc, 18 and 19 April
