Agreement by which Ray agrees to let to West for 7 years from 25 April 1871 the Combe Coal under Ray's lands called Tag Hill Field, Near Anthony Close, part Little Field, part Near Field and part Far Field, 19 acres 2 roods 35 perches: rent of £40 per acre per annum and £4 per annum for land damaged: to be worked from the pits already sunk at West Hill: not more than 1 acre to be damaged by present or future pit-hill
