Title
Revocation and appointment of uses of a fine by D'Ewes Coke of Suckley, Worcestershire esquire, and Frances his wife by which premises in Alsop en le Dale, Fenny Bentley and Compton are limited to the use of John Ward of Queens College, Cambridge, William Chaney of Derby, Doctor in Physick and Thomas Allestree of Alvaston esquire, (new trustees), in trust to sell the same to pay off the debts of Robert and William Coke at the time of their deaths and all such debts contracted by Frances Coke before her marriage paying the residue to D'Ewes Coke: the residue of the property in Pinxton, Brookhill, Kirkby and Burnaston (except coal) to the use of trustees for 500 years to the use of the D'Ewes Coke for life, then to the use of Frances his wife, then to the use of the trustees for preserving the contingent uses, namely to the use of D'Ewes Coke, son of D'Ewes Coke by Frances Coke, and his sons, then to the use of Ballidon Coke and then to the use of the other sons of D'Ewes and Frances Coke in order of seniority and their male issue
