Memorandum of an agreement between Charles Vicars Hunter esquire, and Henry Fotheringham Hunter esquire, and John Ray of Heanor Hall esquire, for the lease by Ray of the Kilburn bed of coal under land at Kilburn: lease to be for 15 years from 7 April 1845 and to comprise all the coal belonging to the Messrs Hunter under lands numbered as follows in the parish survey of Kilburn made by John Bromley 354-361;

rent of £70 per acre;
