Title
Agreement between John Sutton of Heanor gent, and Rev D'Ewes Coke of Brookhill Hall, by which Sutton agrees to convey to Coke all the mines, veins, or delphs of coal in South Normanton, also a moiety of the mines in Pinxton and Kirkby in Ashfield which were purchased by him from the executors of the late Robert Fletcher deceased who purchased the same of the late D'Ewes Coke [see D255 M/B 7-8] it is further agreed that Coke shall have the fire engine erected for the purpose of unwatering the said coal at such a price as the said John Sutton paid for the same and also all bricks, timber and materials belonging to the said John Sutton on the Bank
