Description	Papers concerning the Foremark estate of the Church (formerly Ecclesiastical) Commissioners deposited in the Record Office in July 1982 by their agents Smiths, Gore, Chartered Surveyors of Peterborough via the Northamptonshire Record Office. The accession number of these papers in the Northamptonshire Record Office, where they were deposited in June 1982 was 1982/154 (catalogue number ZB 32 add). The estate was purchased by the then Ecclesiastical Commissioners from the Prudential Assurance Company Limited 25 March 1943. For the extent of the estate, referred to in these papers as the Foremark Estate, see P 1/1
