his feoffees of the 82 are to make an estate in law, after his death, to his wife Elena for her life if she does not remarry, if she does remarry the estate is to be void and Elena shall take 42 acres in Alcokfeld as her dower; Elena may take after Richard's death, for her life reasonable dower out of the 26 acres whether she remains unmarried or not; Richard wishes and Elena wishes that if she lives elsewhere than at Heege or if she leases her dower lands, then John Spendlove Richard's son and heir may have them by her lease at a reasonable rent.
