Description
To poor of Dunston and Newbold £10, to sister Grace wife of John Richardson of Chesterfield annuity of £10, to sister Catherine Milnes annuity of £12, to servant John Godber annuity of £12, to servant Ann Soules annuity of £6, to trustees, money and stock, plate etc to be sold to pay debts, funeral expenses, legacies, surplus to hold in same trust as lands, to trustees all lands to manage them to pay annuitants above, then to allow brother Richard up to £119 4s annually, the remainder of personal estate and rents etc to be placed out at interest. After Richard's death, the estate and accumulated rents etc to be held in trust for Richard's children equally, remainder in trust for niece Elizabeth Mower, daughter of late sister Elizabeth, and heirs of her body, remainder for children and heirs of body (except eldest son) of cousin Francis Hurt, remainder for eldest son and heirs, remainder in trust for cousin Francis; trustees to have guardianship of brother Richard's children and may educate children entitled to benefit under the will.
