DescriptionReciting that Thomas Gell of Gatehouse, Wirksworth Esq. has transferred £5063 16s 8d in £3 10 % Annuities and Anne Hurt of Derby spinster has transferred £5,700 in £3 10% Annuities, to Francis Hurt younger of Yeldersley Esq. and John Sherbrooke Gell of Standard Hill, co Notts, gent, and now in consideration of her marriage with Thomas Gell, Anne Hurt assigns to Francis Hurt and John S Gell, a bond securing £1,000 from Lord Vernon and his wife Frances Maria Warren Trusts of settlement are declared to be that Hurt and Gell hold the annuities and bond to pay the dividends etc to Anne Hurt and Thomas Gell, after their marriage, for their lives, then the capital is to be divided amongst their children, and in default of issue and of direction by Anne and Thomas, their respective annuities and bond are to be held in trust for their respective next of kin.
