Title
Release and quitclaim Thomas Fawne, son and heir of John Fawn, to Joan Fawne. All his claim to lands at Allerwasslegh [Alderwasley] Asshelehay [Ashleyhay], Alsetter (Alcester, Warks,) Ordesley (Warwickshire) and elsewhere in Derby and Warwickshire, which had been granted to her and to Thomas Hondford, son of William Hondford of Chorley, deceased by Henry Graye, Lord Graye, William Trowtbeke, Ralf Saucheverell, Richard Curson, Ralf Pole and Philip Leche, and of which she is in full possession since Thomas Hondford died before the marriage between them could be effected 11 Dec Edward IV Latin
