Title | Deed to declare the uses of a fine (D239 M/T 803) levied by Edward Swann to William Armett and John Wheeldon of the manor of Lea Hall upon trust to the use of Edward for life, then to Armett and Wheeldon for a term of 500 years upon trusts as in D239 M/T 802, then to Mary Swann spinster, grand-daughter of Edward for her life with remainder to the first son of her body, and in default of such issue, to the daughter of her body, and in default of such issue, to the daughter of her body, and in default of issue Armett and Wheeldon to stand seised of the premises upon trust to pay one-third of the income therefrom to Martha Foxlow, daughter of Edward, for life, and on her death to stand seised of one-third of the premises in trust for her children in equal shares, and in default of issue to stand seised of the said third in trust for Ellen Clayton and Mary Hawley, daughters of Edward; similar arrangements for Ellen and Mary.
