Title
Probate of Charles Adderley of Thorpe esq. To Baptist Trott of Mapleton and William Hardestie all his lands in Thorpe upon trust to sell as much as is needfull to meet debts, funeral expenses, legacies etc, and after payment to the use of his cousin Robert Adderley, D. D.; the remainder of his lands to the said Robert; to Mistress Mary Fillingsworth, his housekeeper in Piccadilly, an annuity of £50 charged on all his freehold and copyhold estates; his trustees to pay the said Mary £100 from the first money raised from his estate; to his cousin Ann Adderley, widow of Samuel Adderley, £100 to his trustees, £50 each; to Francis Lawthorpe of Chelsea gent., £50; to Mary lawthorpe, sister of testator, £50; Robert Adderley to be sole executor. Will dated 7 September 1717. Proved 19 March 1730/31
