To his son John Buxton, his moiety of closes in Fenny Bentley called Pasture Tops, the other moiety having been settled on John by his marriage settlement (D239 M/T 632-633), subject to the payment of £100 each to testator's sons William and Richard, and £80 to son Samuel; to son William, three messuages in Fenny Bentley; to son John, all interest and term in a lease of a farm in Tissington made to him by Richard Jackson; to son William, all goods, tenant tenant right of farms in Fenny Bentley, ready money, plate, stock, and personal estate; William and John to be executors.
