Title
Attested copy of a deed to lead the uses of a recovery whereby Hugh Bateman of Derby esq., eldest son and heir of Richard Bateman deceased, conveys to Thomas Peake of London gent. lands in Derby, Hartington and Ashover, a moiety of a farm in Fenny Bentley, and a fifth part of the manor of Morley, that Peake may be a tenant for suffering a recovery of the premises by William FitzHerbert of Tissington esq. Dated 20 August
