Title
Attested copy of a settlement upon the marriage of Robert Ensor, son and heir of John Ensor of Tissington yeoman, and Mary daughter of Thomas Allsopp of Parwich yeoman, whereby Richard Ensor and John Ensor, brothers, convey to Robert and Mary the messuage in Tissington inhabited by Richard and John, with all other Richard's messuages in Tissington, lands in Tissington (details given), the messuage of John Ensor in Fenny Bentley and all other his lands in Fenny Bentley, upon the following trusts: the estates at Fenny Bentley, except the Holbrooke Meadows, to the use of Robert for life, then to Mary for her life, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert, and lands in Tissington to the uses of John and Richard, and Robert.
