Description
To wife Mary, sister Lydia Matchitt, nephew George Bakewell, and friend Rev. John Dalby of Belton (co. Leicester), and his real and personal estates upon the following trusts: to pay the annual income therefrom in the maintenance of his wife and the education of his children, Mary, Henrietta, Charles, Henry, and Elizabeth during the life of his wife and then to divide the same equally between his children. Trustees to be executors.
Will dated 10 October 1806. Proved in P.C.C. 1 July 1816
