Description | Whereby Jonathan Gould and Francis Redfern are to have two messuages called Church Stile Houses, a croft adjoining, and one and a quarter beastgates in Hawkslow; Mary shall have the two parcels of land called Great and Little Citterlow, the Trunkcliffe, and a half-beastgate on the Hill; and the eight sheepgates on Upper Cownes Piece shall be peacefully enjoyed by their purchaser, Sir Richard Levinge; all which land was in the possession of Thomas Gould, great uncle of Mary Rowe, to which land the parties above have all laid claim. |
