Title
Probate copy of the will of William Ensor of Tissington yeoman. To son William, two parcels of land in Parwich for life with power to make a jointure upon a wife for life, and the heirs of their bodies, and for want of issue with remainder to his son Robert; to William, £600 to be paid when aged 25; to son Robert, his real estate in Tissington and Fenny Bentley charged with the payment of so much money as shall be needed to make up the £600, the first part of which is to be raised from one half of the personal estate, to wife Mary, all household goods; to Mary and Robert, residue of personal estate; to Mary, the parlour in the east end of his house for life so long as she remains a widow; his estate to be charged with the payment of eight penny leaves each Christmas to the poor of Tissington under the terms of his father's will. Mary to be executrix. Dated 8 November 1726. Proved at Derby 21 September
