John Pollexfen from London to George Treby; Mrs Cellier has been arrested for her libel

Description
Mrs Cellier is at last arrested, and is to lie in prison until she pays 1000£, then to give surety for good behaviour, and to stand in the pillory.
There is no appearance that the scheme of things will be changed.
Essex and Radnor have thoughs of desiring to be excused from attandance in the C.
The Chandery gentlemen are still very dilatory about the captives money.
