Title
Rev. William Alderson: "So all is over and we have lost an old and valued friend [Henry Gally Knight] ... his death is most grievously lamented by all ranks of people ... you may imagine how anxious I am to learn the contents of the will; for when I saw him for the last time on the Monday he told me he had finished his will ... and was beginning to tell me what he had done when unfortunately Mrs. Knight came into the room and she never left us alone ...".
