TitleDeed of collateral security (lease and release) by Richard FitzHerbert, Elizabeth Boothby, Mary FitzHerbert, and John Beresford and Frances his wife, to William FitzHerbert of Tissington whereby Richard releases to William certain lands in Somersall Herbert and Marston Montgomery as a security against any claim on premises in Tissington (sold by Richard to William) being made by John, son of Richard, who is now under age and unable to join with Richard in a common recovery to bar remainders created by the will of John FitzHerbert deceased (father of Richard), which lands in Tissington are liable to answer for the debts and legacies of the said John.
