Lease and release to lead the uses of a common recovery by William FitzHerbert of Tissington Hall esq., eldest son and heir of William FitzHerbert deceased, to William Jacomb of London esq. of lands in Tissington and the Green Fairfield Farm at Fairfield in the parish of Hope, so that Jacomb may stand tenant for suffering a common recovery by Abraham Winterbottom of London gent. Dated 12/13 November
