William Perrin from Kingston, Jamaica, to his wife Frances in London: Mrs. Spencer is claiming great demands on her late husband's account; asks his wife to show Mrs. Spencer, now in England, the "treacherous and villanous letters" Samuel Spencer wrote to Philp to ingratiate himself and to discredit Perrin.
