Description	Gives directions for shipping out supplies required; Munro at Grange Hill has been very successful in treating the 'negroes'' [Black peoples] sores; it would help if Perrin could send out a good carpenter and a good stonemason, the price of new 'negroes' [Black peoples] is still very high, so Munro proposes buying 'slaves' [enslaved African peoples] from Antigua or Barbados, Vere has benefitted from recent rain; its rum and much of the sugar has been purchased for the American market (with duplicate).
