DescriptionHer house in the parish of St. James, Westminster, with all pictures save family pictures to be sold by her executors; to nephew Major Thomas Alleyne, his own and his sister's pictures in one frame with a silver montiff, formerly belonging to testator's grand; father; to Samuel Forster, £500 currency to be paid 6 years after testator's death; to Susannah Smith spinster "my late good friend and servant", £100 to be paid one year after testator's death, with interest at 5 per cent; remainder of estate real and personal to Rowland Blackman, Robert Warren, George Walker, and John Gay Alleyne esquires to hold on trust to such uses as testator may direct, and in default of such direction to permit Thomas Alleyne a life interest in testator's sugar plantation, with remainder to the heirs of his body, and in default of issue, to the use of testator's niece, Mary FitzHerbert. Trustees to be executors. Will dated 15 October 1746. Proved in P.C.C. at London 24 Nov 1756
