Conveyed for a term of [1000] years, to the use of William for life, then to the use of Mary for life with remainder to the heirs male of their bodies, and in default, with remainder to daughter or daughters of William and Mary, if more than one as tenants in common, and in default to the right heirs of William; Mary to have power to raise, through the trustees, £4000; trustees to raise portions for younger sons and daughters
