A map of the Manor or Lordship of Oakthorp in the County of Derby as the same was laid out in the Year 1755 by Wm. Wyatt, C.Sanders and L.Hall pursuant to Articles for that purpose. Surveyor: as given. Scale: in 20 chains [1:3200]. Size: 101 x 70 cm. Materials: ink on parchment, some colour. Centred on: SK321130 Notes:8 point compass rose, north at top. Shows Oakthorp village with houses in plan, fields with boundary hedges and trees, pasture divided and enclosed in strips or larger enclosures: table with lands belonging to Etwall Hospital and Repton School: explanation with letters denoting landholders and areas: floral cartouche.
