Relating to several messuages, lands, etc (734 acres 3 roods 27 perches) in Southwood, parish of Repton, lands in Repton Priory and in Ticknall near the Royal Oak Inn, limeworks in Repton Priory, messuages and lands in Repton Priory (62 acres 2 roods 31 perches) known as the Haddons, and messuages and lands (63 acres 3 roods 28 perches) known as Hays
