Description
Miscellaneous Derbyshire deeds which concern land in Buxton (D2355/4), Bradbourne (D2355/41), Brailsford (D2355/22), Ashbourne (D2355/6) and Walton upon Trent (D2355/16, 18, 25-26, 28-29, 32, 35, 37-28, 45). There are records relating to the manors of Belper (D2355/42), Stretton (D2355/40), Foremark (D2355/36) and Shenstone in Staffordshire (D2355/24). The collection also includes the foundation of an annual mass by the aldermen and brethren of the guild of St Helen in Chesterfield (D2355/20).
