Copy of court roll: Presentment that Joshua Booth late customary tenant of the manor held of the lord divers customary or copyhold messuages, lands etc to his use for life and then to such uses as he should declare in his will, that in his will of 26 December 1767 he bequeathed to his brother Jonathan a house, barn, fold, smithy, cowhouse, swincot, croft adjoining the house and a close called Sower Butts containing 31/2 acres (with further details as in will above) that Jonathan is dead, that Henry son of Anne Booth is 21 and is entitled to the premises and admittance of Henry, in small court baron of Reverend Thomas Wilkinson clerk lord of the manor held at the house of John Morton at Bramley Moor, before Michah Hall gent steward. 22 February
