Title
Abstract of title of the trustees of the Caldwell Estate to the freehold land and buildings known as Yew Tree Farm, Rosliston, beginning with an abstract of an assignment of mortgage by Sir Henry William Des Voeuzx of Drakelow Hall bart for £13,500 of the manor of Cauldwell, 1/3 of the manor of Rosliston, capital messuage or mansion house called Cauldwell Hall in the township of Cauldwell, parish Stapenhill, with buildings, lands, all other messuages, lands etc (7 Aug 1861) with memorandum of conveyance dated 28 August 1959 by which pieces of land with the farm house and farm buildings in the parish of Rosliston, forming and farm buildings in the parish of Rosliston, forming part of the Caldwell Estate and containing 55.983a and known as Yew Tree Farm was conveyed by trustees to Noel William Percy Betts. With 2 annexed plans relating to Rosliston (1858-1959)
