Real estate including testator's house, furniture, plate, linen, china, live and dead stock and lands near the Homestead called Locks Pitt Close, Sales Close, Clover Close and the Croft and the Old Baker's Garden to testator's sister Mary for life and then to testator's nephew Jacob Osborne of London Codicils (two) revoking bequests to trustees for Anne Meakin, 1816 and 1818.
