reciting that by conveyance of 9 September made between 1. William Wain, Ellen Bradley and Sarah Ann Bradley 2. William Graves and William Lees Hall 3. Alice Sandbach, Ellen Spencer and Ann Alsop 4. Mary Robinson 5. the said Ann Alsop 6. Henry Dore 7. the said Ann Alsop 6. Henry Dore 7. the said William Ellis and 8. the said William Lees Hall, the premises below were sold to William Ellis who has occasion to borrow £200 from Ellen Bradley and witnessing that for £200 Ellis mortgaged to Ellen Bradley, a dwelling house with stable and road or right of road thereto westwardly and other the outbuildings situate on the northwardly side of Winster Town Street, containing 292 square yards, formerly in occupation of George Robinson, after of Alfred Frank Palmer solicitor and since of William Ellis.
