Description
Grassington, Parish of Linton in Yorkshire. Parcel called New Rake bounded to north by Sun Yambury allotment of Duke of Devonshire extending to 30 fathoms of Sun Yambury vein from Grassington to Grassington Moor and also 300 fathoms next of the said road; power to erect engine wheals, windlasses etc and to sink and drive sumps, drifts, adits, ends and levels etc and to take down all and every bottom therein convenient for effectual trial and working of same; all the ores and metallic minerals there found to clean, dress, smelt and make merchantable; powers to carry away and convert same to own use. Payment: 1/6 part of all pig lead raised
