Title
Assignment by Ann Mompesson of Mansfield Woodhouse, spinster (granddaughter and sole administrator of John Chappell dec'd) to William Fitzherbert of Tissington, esq, [reciting D193 Z/T 44-45]. Whereas Godfrey Meynell of Yeldersley, esq, has contracted with William Pegge of Derby, gent, for the purchase of Yeldersley Hall with the orchard and croft and closes known a Barn Meadow, Wilsons Close, Thistly Close, Shirleys Croft, Stones Croft, Long Piece, Wood Close, Mill Piece and Rail Piece, a cottage called Widow Plants House with Calf Croft, the Meadow, Middle Close, Nether Close and Pit Close for the remainder of the term of 99 years comprised in the 1744 settlement in trust for Godfrey Meynell, with assignment of the residue of the lands comprised in the settlement to Daniel Parker of Derby, surgeon, for the remainder of the said term, in trust for William Pegge
