Hospital notes also included. Handwritten case notes states 'Been in Crow Hill (?) twice.' The appeal is against the decision of 'no loss of faculty' dated 19 May 1950. On 1 June 1951 on appeal the assessment for the extent of disablement was made at 15 per cent for 2 years.
