Further information: There is handwritten correspondence by the claimant, including a letter of appeal which states he has been 'misinformed.' Hospital notes also included. Handwritten case notes states 'Been in Crow Hill (?) twice.' The appeal is against the decision of 'no loss of faculty' dated 19 May 1950. On 1 June 1951 on appeal the assessment for the extent of disablement was made at 15 per cent for 2 years.
