Toon wrote: 'The dizziness (+ blackouts or lightheaded) I had are more frequent now […] I have to take tablets for the head […] I went to a flower show on Sat 6th when coming home I feel down, I stood while another car went by + the lights effected my eyes just like blackness going up and down, it broke my glasses and marked my nose [...] I have never before suffered with my head or eyes before. I was a very good shot in the army. Can I claim for new glasses'.
