Further information: From medical report October 1956: 'He is a dull apathetic individual, who if allowed, will talk endlessly about his accident [...]this man is suffering from a traumatic neurosis which would appear to date from his accident' (sheet stamped'Not included in claimant's copy'. From Tribunal summary: 'We consider that the present neurosis will clear up as did his earlier neurosis in 1948. Taking into account both his back and neurosis which are due to the relevant accident we consider he has been correctly assesssed'.
