Reply: 'I am sorry to hear that you are suspected of suffering from pneumoconiosis. The position regarding how to make claims for this disease has now changed from [...] the old Workmen's Compensation Act and the claim now has to be made under the National Insurance Industrial Injuries Act'. Then: 'I was [...] examined by two Doctors they said that I had got pneumoconiosis only slight so they have turned my claim down'. |
